I'm all about the Mind, Body, and Soul when it comes to my own personal growth and in assessing any individual that enters into my life.
To me the significance of the Mind, Body, and Soul (MyndBody_N_Soul) is forming and molding intellectual, physical, and emotional health and prosperity.

I am an individual that enjoys the sports scene. I have a keen knowledge of most sports and I have to admit I am quite saddened at the professional Toronto sport scene at the moment. But sports aren't my only passion, I love to travel. I have travelled to various places from the Caribbean, to as far as the Philippines. This planet is vast and to experience the wonders and the cultures that exist is something I want to leave this earth saying I at least attempted and/or experienced. I also have an interest in cars. I'm not a guru but i appreciate nice cars and their appeal. I also love music and appreciate almost all kinds of music. I favour positive hip hop and r&b but I will listen to anything.

I am aiming to have that comfortable family life, a few kids, a happy marriage...something like my parents. I am striving for an upper management position within the government and I am well on my way to that. Ultimately, I would like to run my own business and open up a resort somewhere in the Caribbean.
