I enjoy cooking with friends (I'm Not the good cook--I'm the kitchen-aid...), evenings in cooking with & watching movies with or reading poetry with "that special one"; classical & jazz concerts, opera, travel, movies, fine dining, wines, old houses, museums--with the special one, friends, or alone if it means I don't miss anything! Have traveled extensively; NYC still one of my favorite cities to visit often. I also read a lot (& appreciate men who do), garden, needlepoint, enjoy hiking and bicycling; used to fence, epee & sabre. Recently returned to the South after teaching a couple of decades on the west coast. Big-city Southern girl; hope the town where I now live grows as has been predicted!! LOVE what I do in my profession. Not interested in spectator-sports.
