About Me
I'm all about my friends and family. Every Sunday my family gets together for dinner, been doing it since I can remember. I can't live without my NY sports (Giants, Yankees, Rangers, Knicks). I absolutely love to cook and drink a nice glass (or bottle) of wine while cooking and eating. What else? I love being an uncle, a brother, a son, a nephew, a cousin, and a friend. Making people laugh and laughing at others (as well as myself) is always a good time. I'm almost done with culinary school and I'll be externing at a well known restaurant in NYC. I plan on becoming a line cook and taking that experience and applying it to my own restaurant one day with my brother-in-law.
First Date
A first date WOULD NOT include a walk on the beach. It wouldn't even include dinner. I'm trying to get to know you, not trying to woo you on the first date so let's get real. It would be something as simple as getting drinks, maybe shooting pool, and listening to some great music. I think a casual atmosphere is best suited for getting to know someone.
