Well, to start it off..I think of myself as a down to earth kinda girl..I love to travel and see the world, read great books (from J.K. Rowling to Dan Brown), watch reality shows (I know, I know..I'm surprised I'm actually admitting it!) and I like to just hang out and talk. I love to talk about almost anything..I don't consider myself very shy, and I like to learn new things..from languages to religion to politics..I consider myself open minded, but to a certain point..I believe it is important to have certain values and beliefs that are important to you, and I do. These values are a part of what makes me who I am.
I would like to meet a man who enjoys life the way I do, who isn't shy to be himself..who can laugh about the silliest things and still be serious when he needs to be.. A sense of humour is soooo important.. I want to meet someone who is responsible, and who knows about what is important in life..who knows what it means to be content. It would be great to meet someone who grew up in a similar culture that I grew up in, I am Haitian/Quebecoise, because I think having that common ground is a plus. And hey, maybe someone who enjoys Survivor or So You Think You Can Dance...lol

My ideal first date would be to meet for coffee (although I don't drink coffee) and to just hang out and talk..about anything really..I would want to learn about my date's likes and dislikes, and just see if we click..I think being able to just walk and talk says a lot about a person, and that's something I would enjoy.
