I am a generally easy-going guy who is game for just about anything. In the summertime, I like to bike and to swim (which I'm pretty good at) and play baseball (which, I'm, umm, not so good at.) In the cooler weather, I enjoy karaoke nights, movies and live music. I can have a good time just about anywhere, provided I'm in good company.

I'm not a big TV watcher, although I do enjoy House and The Daily Show. I also watch CFL and NFL games (when I'm not at the game - I go to most Argos home games.) I'm more likely to be listening to music - I never go too far without my ipod! My tastes range from alternative rock to classic rock to jazz. Some of my fave bands include Depeche Mode, Queens of The Stone Age, The Killers and Franz Ferdinand. I still love retro nights from the Velvet Underground and KROQ's 'rock of the 80's' internet channel.

I'm always interested in learning new things, anything from an obscure fact about some forgotten 80's band to a new recipe to spice things up in the kitchen.

Right now, I'm interested in meeting new people and seeing where things lead. I'm not a big messenger person - I find e-mails to be more effective. I'd love to hear from you, but I am unlikely to respond to one sentence messages like 'how are you' or 'wanna chat' (see previous sentence!)

A good sense of humour is a must, as is a fun spirit and opinions you're not afraid to express over a coffee, beer, wine, or any other beverage for that matter.
