I'm a handsome, down to earth, easy-going, 49 year old with a great sense of humor, sure to make ya laugh. I'm 5'6" with brown hair, blue eyes and have no children, but do enjoy being around kids (takes one to know one I guess). I prefer the outdoors, warm weather, the beach, being active enjoying bike riding, working out at the gym, boating, hiking and tennis. She has a good sense of humor, is a lover of music, is a free spirit of sorts, but yet has old fashioned values and is family oriented! First dates can be a little awkward, so meeting briefly for drinks and appetizers might be a good way to go. As long as we can have a meaningful conversation and get to know one another, to me that would make for a good first date. Keeping it light, stress-free and brief might take the awkwardness out of it. If things go well, we can always agree to extend our time together. Perhaps we can meet in a tranquil and peaceful setting, like being down the shore, near the water. In the end, it's not so much WHERE you are, but WHO you are with. In a best case scenario, we can leave knowing we've made a connection and some chemistry exists between us. In a perfect world, we can't wait to call each other the next morning and arrange for a longer date, perhaps over dinner and a walk on the boardwalk. If not, we've hopefully happy to have met a new friend. How does that sound to you?
