I am 36, living in Jacksonville, and looking to find the right companion. At this point in my life I am only interested in those who make their relationship the first priority in their lives. I am psychologist and recognize that any less effort doesn't really work long-term.

I would like to have someone who is happy just to spend time with me. I enjoy going to the pool, renting movies, eating out, playing with my dogs, and just doing anything if is with the right person. Some people may relate to this and others won't, but if you are with the right person, even completing mundane tasks or going for a walk can be a very meaningful and satisfying experience.

Most of the time during the week is spent doing the things moms do such as cooking dinner, helping with homework, and going to numerous sporting events. My son is an athlete, so we spend lot of time at soccer, swimming, and football. I also work alot during the week, and with being in private practice, I am always busy with patients. However, weekends are totally open for grown up time, which is nice.

I am searching for someone with honor, integrity and a sense of loyalty. It will be important for my partner to be a grown up, know who he is, be familiar with his strengths and weaknesses, be willing to compromise, be financially secure, be established in his career, and know how to say he is sorry.

As I am in the process of looking for my lifetime partner, it must really be someone who understands the importance of maintaining a relationship, being honest, and treating a person with respect. I want to find my best friend, the person I will share everything with.
