I'm an African American male, 6'2", 280 lbs. with a very muscular frame, athletic and goal oriented. I do fitness consulting and corporate fitness management. I also spend time mentoring inner city teen athletes and assist as a high school strength and conditioning coach. I'm originally from Prichard, Alabama, the 7th of 8 kids and raised with both parents and three sisters so I know what a woman needs and how she should be treated. I played high school and college football at Troy State for a while,a brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. I completed my Bachelors Degree at UAB in Health Promotion and Fitness. I have been in Atlanta for over 5 years and have been through some valley lows and mountain highs. Typically, the roller coaster of life, but thanks be to God for making me stronger, giving me the ability to endure, and overcome life's obstacles and adversities. After the storm came the sunshine which has now blessed me to be able to give back and teach others how to lend a hand to fellow brethren going through the struggle.

Ladies this is from a man's sincere perspective. If your profile headline says you are looking for or seeking_________, why dont you let it find you instead? It amazes me that there are so many women on here saying in their profiles that there aren't any good men left, that they want a real man with his act together. Well we do still exist ladies, but just overlooked, sometimes you just need to read between the lines. LOL! Besides, would you know what to do with one if given the opportunity. Would you know how to treat him and care for him if you've never done it or seen it done before in your home? Do you wear fake hair, nails, eyelashes, and other add ons? LOL!

How can you desire a real man if you're not real with yourself? You are naturally blessed with beauty, so be real with you first, the rest will come:) Besides, I was taught that if you speak negative things in your life, you will always get negative outcomes. You say we arent here so that's what you will believe, therefore, you will never get what you seek:) The real men are here ladies, sometimes you just choose to talk about what you want, but if you really want it, most of the time it's writing on the wall that you ignore and take for granite. In this case, it's writing in my description. LOL!:)

Sometimes ladies, that real man who is your blessing could be the guy that changes your oil and says thank you for using our services, but you only decided he was a real man when he became the owner of the oil company. He could be the guy who helped your child try on his/her first pair of shoes, but you overlooked him until he became the owner of 10 shoe franchises. He could even be the guy that took your ticket at the movies and told you which theatre to go in to watch the movie, but you overlooked him until he became a famous actor. It could even be me, the guy that took your son or daughter and helped them become the best student/athlete ever imagined, but you overlooked me because you thought, "Girrrrlll! He just like the rest of them." However when you learned that I was the future developer of a multi-million dollar sports performance center and the founder of one of the nations leading non-profit organizations, that's when you realized that I am a man with a big dream, big goals, and got my stuff together. Think about it, let it marinate for a second and get back with me:)

What I love in a woman? Simplicity, drama free, self certainty, happy, and secure with who she is, confident with a vision, natural beauty, blessed with what she was created with. She can be aggressive and want to wrestle or play football from time to time, be athletic and keeps her attractive figure, conservative sexy, and a woman in the streets, but a freak in the sheets to only me of course. LOL!

I love a woman who can keep my interest as I do hers. A woman that can OUTCOOK me, willing to learn to do so, or surprise me with talents that she can teach me. She can love to shop, but she has to know how to invest for a better life down the road. Please leave your past in the past, because if any woman wants a good, hard working man with a good head on his shoulders like myself, then she has to come with it. The first date depends on the interest of the woman. Typically, if I have to make the choice it would be as simple as having dinner and a movie or meeting up to hear some music, dining, and having drinks. If she is a homebody, I like to simply make it a movie night and either I or the both or us prepare a home cooked meal and just chill. In the winter time I love to do this and relax in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine and maybe some chocolate covered strawberries.
