I am a surgical technologist. I assist surgeons in surgery. It's a very interesting job but I need someone who can handle asking me how my day went. I need someone with a strong stomach. Believe it or not there are a lot of people who can handle hearing about my job without getting queasy but there are a few who can't handle it. Anyway, I have two great kids. They are the best. I also have three dogs and two cats.I love animals but I'm not the cat lady with 20 cats in her house.I love to read. I've read many books in my life. It makes for very interesting conversations. I've even impressed a couple of surgeons with my knowledge of literature. I'm not a big fan of poetry though. I guess it's something I was never good at composing so I never liked reading it either.That's my only hobby besides crocheting. I only crochet gifts for other people. I don't ever keep any of my handiwork.I would rather receive a hand made gift than keep one I made. I am looking for someone who isn't looking for a one-nighter. I would like a normal guy who is not an alcoholic or drug addict, has a job, and doesn't live with his parents. I don't think I'm asking for too much but it seems that anymore the norm seems to be abnormal.Anyway, if you're out there let me know. I lose interest pretty fast if that's your only method of contacting me. I don't mind a text here and there when your too busy to call but texting should be a supplement to regular phone calls.I also know from personal experience that many of you do not pay your child support and do not see your own kids. If you are one of these irresponsible dads I'm not interested and I'm really not interested in hearing your excuses. It's not her fault It's yours. Fathers rights laws prevent her from being able to keep you from your kids. I know that. Don't lie to me about it I know better. I want a responsible man who takes care of his kids. I would start with dinner. At a place where I can wear jeans and be comfortable. I would like a lot of conversation and after if we don't want to end the date right away a game of miniature golf or bowling, etc. I like movies but that's more of a second date. I like to talk and get to know someone on the first date so anything that lends itself to talking is good with me.
