Something is missing…
I miss taking walks with someone hand in hand
I miss having my heart skipping a beat when my special someone walks into a room
I miss glances across a room knowing “he” is all mine
I miss the teasing, flirting, tears, laughter, warm embraces and everything else that comes with a meaningful relationship.

I have a great sense of humor…I love to make someone smile or laugh. I am honest and trustworthy. I am kind and generous. I like leisurely walks, a good cup of coffee, snowstorms, thunderstorms, movies, cooking, window shopping, weekend drives and traveling in the U.S.

You are strong and outgoing…because sometimes I’m not. You have a great sense of humor but not all the time…you are also serious and understanding. You are not afraid to show your emotions. You are honest and trustworthy. You are kind and gentle. You will not smother me…because sometimes I need my own space. Family is important to you. You are happy doing all the normal things…you are not someone who watches sports constantly…you will not expect me to be and avid skier, swimmer, runner, tennis player etc. because that is not me. I am also not a dancing fool…but I would definitely love to take lessons!!

Family is very important to me. I have a very close relationship with my son and daughter, we are best friends. My grandson is the light of my life. After losing my husband to cancer I have come to the swift realization that life is too short…you never know what the next moment will bring…your life can be turned upside down in an instant. So…I’m ready to take a chance, go out on a limb, take the plunge…see what happens…are you??

A quiet restaurant...a corner table...candlelight...wine...dinner and conversaton...I know...seems so generic huh?! But, I think it is one of the best ways to get to know someone...one on one...with very few distractions. Oh! I forgot...some nice "quiet" music would also be a really good thing!
