Watch BBC murder and mystery series, good sci-fi, and the occasional chick flick. Favourite movie in that genre, Moonstruck. Favorite furry companion - the cat. Considering a dog from the SPCA. Must watch sport - curling. Will watch hockey, soccer, football and golf. Do not get car racing. Love my flower garden - I would plant all year if I lived on the West Coast. Enjoy eating out and trying new restaurants - will try just about anything, except raw fish (sushi). I am a good cook but prefer not to. My style is Texas - lots and simple. If you cook or barbeque, I would be very supportive - do the shopping and cleanup. My dream travel destination, Iceland. I am basically a homebody who enjoys family events, barbeques on the deck, the fireplace in the winter, movie/tv nites, campfires and picnics. My style is casual and laid back (I wear sandals until the first snowfall) - I do enjoy the occasional formal (dressup) event. |

According to the dating gurus, it takes at least 3 meetings before you get a clear picture of a potential friend and companion. I love my coffee in the morning and good black tea in the evening. So my first date would be casual conversation, with either coffee or tea.
