Hi.. I love how you are suppose to define who you are and what you want in a paragraph. Impossible.. but here goes!

I'm 40 on the outside, but on the inside I certainly don't feel that old! I have a job that I love, driving special needs kids to and from school every day. It's not a job I will ever get rich doing, but the kids are incredible and I find that they touch my heart and my life in a way that I find rewarding. (I like to think that I have touched their lives in some small way too)

I am Mom to 3 incredibly independent daughters, who are all off to college in the fall. I will admit it.. the empty nest thing sucks!

I'm a pretty simple woman and I enjoy the simple things in life. Picnics on sunny days, cold beer, long walks, the sound of children laughing, seeing old people holding hands, wild flowers, cuddling up during thunder storms, and eskimo kisses! I still enjoy going to the park to see how high I can go on the swings and sliding down the twisty slide. I like a glass of wine in the evening, good conversation, and taking the train into the city for no reason at all. I'm a sucker for road trips with the radio blasting and anything that resembles Romance!!

I believe in putting your heart out there no matter how many times it gets broken.. Never judge the next person by what the last person did to you.. they deserve better than that and so do you!

I'm pretty easy going and I tend to smile a lot. I always look for the best in people and the silver lining in every situation. I believe in balance and I know what is important in life and most importantly whats important in MY life. I am looking for someone who knows who they are and what they want and isn't afraid to put it all out there to get it. I am looking for someone who shares my views and passion for life and is as different from me as they are the same, a best friend, someone to share my life with and the kind of love they write about in Fairy Tales.

Ok.. there it is.. in a very small nutshell! If you want to know more about who I am... you'll have to get to know me the "old fashion" way (by talking to me!) Oh.. and I should put this out there... If you are still having unresolved issues with your ex-wife, ex-girlfriend, or baby momma drama.... don't bother. Been there, done that, bought the t-shirt, returned it and not interested in doing it again!!! :) sorry...

Wow! I barely got through the sum my life up thing and now they want to know what I want to do on a first date? Will the torture never end? LOL! I guess what I would want to do on a frist date would totally depend on the type of person I am going on this first date with!! Definately would want to do something where we could talk (get to know each other a little), maybe have some fun (laughter always eases the initial nervous tension of meeting someone new).
Maybe I should wait and cross this bridge with the person that I am going to go on this "first date" with! Always easier to decide together!! :)
