I read an article on online dating and it said that most people lie about themselves in their profiles. I am not one of them, the age that I have listed on this site is correct and the photos are current.

I love singing and have lots of fun doing karaoke. It's really an incredible rush when you sing a song that everyone can get into. I tend not to sing crowd pleasers though, but do songs of style and substance instead. If you like Diana Krall, you'll like what I sing.

The last few years, I've been focusing on getting in shape, so most days I will do some kind of exercise. I love bike rides. They're a great way for me to clear my head. Bowling is something else I started doing a few years ago that I find challenging and lots of fun. I'll often compete in the local women's tournaments. There is a lot more to that sport than people realize and I wish it got more respect.

Let's see...I own my own home (well, the bank and I do). I only have one mortgage and fortunately, I'm not upside down on the loan.

I would love to find someone who enjoys music, maybe even jazz, going to concerts, movies, or the theater. Someone who is also active, who wants to get out and try new things, and would like to travel.

For me, an ideal relationship would be based on trust, respect, honesty, shared interests and goals, teamwork, good communication, humor and passion.
