Hmmmmm... about me... eh? let's see now... everyone on these sites always mention their good side but let's be honest I'm not always as good as I should be! I'm sure that you aren't either besides life would be somewhat boring. The fact is I can be quite the smart ass at times. I'll also tell you what's on my mind as I don't usually hold anything back! I try to be funny and also considerate and caring. Sometimes, depending on my mood, I'm very outgoing and vocal while other times I'm more laid back and quiet. I do know how to treat and respect a woman. I am not controlling, in fact, I'm pretty easy going though I'm not a pushover. I try to distance myself from being the average typical type of guy.

My interests frequently change depending on the weather and the mood that I'm in and who I am with. But to give you an idea about what I am like... some of my more common interests include cooking in as well as dining out, movies, music, walks, hiking, long drives leading anywhere or even to nowhere and staying up half the night while the rest of the world sleeps. I have lived in Europe as well as up in New England so I like to take road trips up to New England to unwind with some good friends at some of the local pubs/restaurants whenever I get the chance. I also like the months of Autumn, so I drive up north... Apple picking with a few good friends and their kids... Salem MA has one of the greatest Halloween festivals! The Landing, a restaurant up in Marblehead MA that's overlooking the ocean, has the best New England clam chowder!

My newest hobby is photographing waterfalls and streams! Taking a somewhat long drive to one of the state parks... hiking along the stream until reaching the waterfall. Just standing there looking at the falls is peaceful and pretty amazing as each one is very unique. Pulling out the camera to capture the beauty is rewarding to me.

I'm looking for someone fun to share adventures and good times with. I would prefer that you are between 37 and 47(age is flexible), with a thin to average body style. You have to love animals especially dogs as I high strung Golden Retriever. I would prefer that you enjoy some of the activities that I have listed as well as having your own in which I could explore with you. Enjoying weekend getaways, eating out and drinking occasionally would be a plus! Oh and I might as well warn you that slight insanity is somewhat normal... I do not do boring very well!

I should mention that I get bored rather quickly so if you prefer to just sit in front of the TV on weekends then you are not the one I am searching for. Did this for four years in a previous relationship and I felt like I was going bonkers! Sorry... just not my cup of tea. One more thing... I'm not into control freaks or jealous types and I'm not looking for the fling thing.

Something that we both would agree on. I'm open for almost anything for a first date except going to a movie or to a loud club... as it's hard to get to know someone in an environment with too many distractions or where you can't talk because it would annoy other people!
