Have a seat! Comfortable? Good, let me introduce myself to you then…

I am a very young at heart, refusing to grow old, 47 year professional guy.

I am adventurous, like to experience new and exciting activities and am looking for a woman that like i enjoys life to the fullest. Prefer Classic Rock over Rap, Blues over Heavy Metal, Mozart over Bach, Red wine over White, Water and Mountains over Desert, Organic over Scientifically grown, comfortable Lounges over crowded Clubs...... I guess you get the picture ?
Let’s see what else can I tell you about myself……I have no baggage, no skeletons in my closet, live in my own house and not with parents or roommates, business owner, cook a great dinner, speak a couple of languages, care and protect people I love to travel, have paid off cars that also look nice and are not rust buckets, no kids but in the Big Brother of America program, (had my background checked by the FBI,…. am I selling myself shamelessly or what ?), financially responsible and secure, not looking for hand outs, adventurous, spontaneous, adjustable to any social setting and most importantly, no head games, lying or drama, those belong in the opera !
I am NOT religious but I am spiritual. I don't begrudge anyone else for their beliefs, but please don't ask me to participate in organized religion. My own beliefs are a unique collection of truths I've gathered from reading, experiencing, speaking with a variety of people, and doing a lot of soul searching. Everyone's truth is their own.

I am not on this site because i am desperate but it would be nice to find someone special to build a future together with.
However, if you never want to get off this site because you have sooooo many "friends" here, please don't contact me. I actually have the goal of meeting someone who I like so much that getting off of POF will not seem like a sacrifice, but instead a blessing.

I love animals, live with a couple dogs that are an important part of my life and have definitely a spontaneous side to me. My activities include Scuba, Paragliding, Motorcycles, Boating, Fishing, Skiing, racing Karts and poking holes into clouds with my plane.
As you can see i live an active lifestyle but trust me, there is nothing better than being home relaxing and spending time with friends and loved ones. I have a thing about entertaining people i care about and having them over to my house for a nice dinner or a backyard BBQ.
I strongly believe that one of my biggest assets is my ability to adjust to any social situation that arises. I comfortably change from T's and Jeans into Tux and Tie and am absolutely at ease at either the local dive or a black tie fundraiser.
I am attracted to confidence but detest snobs or arrogance. I respect someone who is independent, has goals in life and strives to reach them. If you can’t find it in you to treat a waitress the in the same manner as a president of a fortune 500 company, we probably won’t be a good match.
If you want my full attention be yourself, down to earth, funny, be honest and no drama queen, please.

I'd prefer something rather casual like coffee or a drink only because it gives you an easy out if you there is no chemistry.
