Internet dating is still weird to me, but I don't get out much and I know few people in this area besides my coworkers.
I've lived in west seattle for over a year now but I still feel really new to the area because I spent a lot of that time at home or going to see my folks... not exploring. I've been trying to get out more, and just meet more people.
I'm pretty easy going, but a tad shy in the beginning. I like outdoorsy stuff, camping and hiking. Someday I'll do more traveling. I like comedies and scary movies best. Not a fan of chick flicks, but once in a rare blue moon. I really can't stand country, and most rap is unbearable... I'm sorry.

I guess I'm just hoping to meet someone who I can click with, have a good conversation with... someone honest, straightforward and with a sense of humor. I'd be lying if I said looks weren't kinda important... and I'll warn you right now you'll be wasting your time messaging me if you think you're some kinda thug... maybe that sounds mean, but it's the truth. We also may not get along too well if you're a super conservative republican- I'm not all that political but it can cause conflict.

Something simple like coffee or drinks. You can't talk and get to know eachother during a movie so that's not a great idea for a first meeting.
