I’m half-Irish and half-Italian -- so I smile with my eyes and talk with my hands. I'm a college educated professional employed as a Software Development Project Manager with a local Fortune 500 company. I love my job because I get to spend millions of dollars and never have to worry about balancing the checkbook! I also have a wonderful 14 year old son who I see quite often. He is my pride and joy. I'm a regular at the Baseball and Soccer fields in Carol Stream, and have been a coach for some of his teams. I love working with kids and teaching them about the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. I enjoy Baseball (Cub season ticket holder), Football, Soccer, NASCAR (Go #24), etc., but I would much rather be at an event than watching it on TV. I honestly don't have much time or desire to sit in front of the TV anyway. I enjoy dining out, plays, musicals, and have attempted salsa dancing at a Naperville club. I'm always up for a new adventure whether it be parasailing, wave running, snorkeling, or bicycling down a dormant volcano in Hawaii, there's no moss that gathers under my feet. I love to travel and would hope to share that with that special someone. I like to keep active and physically fit and I work out regularly at the fitness center. A night downtown at a local steakhouse with a play or musical as a chaser, or a quiet time at home eating Chinese food while watching Pay-Per-View is my idea of a nice evening. I'm willing to try most anything once, even my own cooking!. In short, I'm dependable, funny and down to earth. I enjoy outdoor cooking (move over Bobby Flay!), and have become amazed at what I can whip up on the George Foreman grill indoors! I find I get on best with women who have their feet planted firmly on the ground and have a positive outlook on life. I'm a father, so finding a woman who is family orientated, or has children of her own is essential. A woman who takes care of herself physically and emotionally is quite attractive to me. She should love to smile, and wear it often. If she can laugh at my silly jokes, she'll gain my adoration. I'd like to find that special someone who enjoys life and likes to do fun things.
