To start with I'm pretty outgoing. I love the outdoors and I try to stay pretty active in order to keep myself entertained. Whether it be going to the gym, hitting the town or working on a project I drew up on a napkin the day before.

Music is very important to me, it gets me through all the rough times and the good times at that. Although I listen to almost all types, I'm pretty partial to electronic, punk and indie style music and I love the east coast music scene. Oh, I also enjoy theatrical music and live theater :). I'm currently teaching myself how to play guitar, but could use some lessons from someone that actually knows what they're doing.

I am also into weight lifting but I don't compete. I guess I'm into more just to keep in shape for all the other activities I do. While I do get stuck in the house from time to time I'd rather be out enjoying life, whether it be hanging with friends, fishing, playing sports or other activities.

Traveling is one of my major interests. Time and money allowed, I would probably spend most of the year traveling around the world experiencing new things and different cultures. I could always use some company! Some of things on my to do list include climb Mount Roraima in Venezuela, lay on the beach in Brazil (possibly during the 2016 games), Scuba dive in Australia, Snowboard in New Zealand, Mountain bike in BC, Kayak down the West cost to Cali, Surf in Miami, spend the summer parting in Ibiza, do some humanitarian work in Africa, Travel across Europe. I will probably add to this as I see new exciting places to go.

Admittedly I'm not the most talkative guy one on one, but that changes the better I get to know someone. I would say that I'm pretty easy going and a pretty honest guy. I believe friends and family are two of the most important things in my life. While my family are always there for me my friends get me through the day.

Although my profile says I'm looking for dating, hopefully I'll meet a few new friends at the same time. Maybe I'll meet that special someone that I'll want to spend every waking minute with. I am a hopeless romantic after all.

I don't want to be too specific, but I am looking for someone with somewhat similar interest, hobbies, general life style.

For a first date we would probably get a quick bite to eat at a restaurant or cafe. It would need to be somewhere relaxing and laid back, maybe at the Shoe Shop. If the weather is decent a walk along the boardwalk could follow.

This might sound a little cliche, but the boardwalk is nice place day and night, and I do like to eat :). Basically any place we can go and actually talk and get to know one another.
