I am an active man that has many hobbies - I love the outdoors and anything to do with the water. I am honest, hard working, loyal, sincere, love laughing, music, swimming, cuddling, and having fun. I am looking for a woman that has her life together - little to no drama please. While I am not clingy, I am affectionate, and I would like to meet someone that is not afraid to show it. I can be very spontaneous at times and I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I would like to start off as friends and let’s see what happens.

I like a wide variety of music and it has always been a big part of my life. My tastes range from 80’s New Wave, Rock, R&B, Hip Hop, Classical, Jazz, Blues, Alternative, Reggae, etc, depending upon my mood. Some of my favorite bands are Jack Johnson, Depeche Mode, Marvin Gaye, David Bowie, BB King, NIN, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Biggie, Ani DiFranco, XTC, Japan, Maroon 5, John legend, etc.

I am emotionally stable, have no drama or past relationship baggage, and I am generally very happy - I don’t sweat the small stuff. I know what I want and I am comfortable in my own skin. I feel lucky that I have a great family and friends, I have my health, enjoy my surroundings, and I love my job. I can be very simple at times and I avoid snobs. I am more impressed by a person’s character and ethics rather than their status in life [so no lawyers please] :-)

On the first date I prefer to do something that is structured and that has a clear starting and ending point, in case the chemistry is not there – meeting for coffee is the best. Usually you can tell within the first minute if there is chemistry. If we like each other we can take it from there.
