Hey, thanks for stopping to read my profile.

I have been on and off POF a couple of times and recently took a long break from here as I was getting tired of the BS... I am hoping this time around will be a bit better and I can meet some open and honest people.

I am from Nova Scotia and have been living in Ottawa since 2001. I love many sports like sailing (former sailing instructor if anyone would like some lessons), swimming, playing pool, swimming, cycling, catching a movie, going out for a nice dinner from time to time, sledge hockey and kayaking. I am on here looking to meet new people... take it slow at first as friends and if more develops later that's fine too. I would prefer to meet people between mid 20's and mid 30's with a positive outlook on life. I am a bit shy at first but quickly lose that once I get to know you. I am currently enrolled in University on a part time basis while working full time so I may have a limitied amount of time and may be slow to respond at times.
