. . . for the human touch! I believe that whole-heartedly. Physical touch is one of my “love languages”. (See the book: The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman.)

The other day I took my cat with cancer to the vet to be euthanized. (Goodbye sweet Kisa!) This is one of those times I become introspective and think about the things that are most important to me.

I’ve decided to be brutally honest here. I consider myself to be easy going and quite laid back. Also, I am overweight, a BBW. Am I trying to get in shape for the summer? NO!!! Do I work out? I consider mowing the lawn, gardening and other chores my work out, so YES! I have NO hang-ups about my body image. Another thing, I do delete "favorites" at times. This isn't a popularity contest for me!

Regarding who I’d like to meet . . . I’ll give just about anyone a chance. I like men white and black, with hair or bald, with facial hair or clean shaven, tall or short, heavy or thin, etc. Chemistry is most important. We both must be attracted to each other. Integrity and personality are also important.

I’m looking for a friend first, someone I can hang out with regularly, an activity partner. (I have been divorced less than a year, but separated for 6 years before that. I do get lonely, very lonely especially at night.) Hopefully this relationship will turn into something long term!

It does seem like we women are more willing to change our lifestyle for our man than visa versa. For the most part, I do like my life, but here‘s how I‘m willing to change. I would like someone with building construction knowledge to help me live out a dream of rehabbing homes for rent and/or resale. Also, as I want to remain active and may never retire. Eventually I would love owning a bed and breakfast at the shore. I’d do the making of beds, but because I’m no cook, you’d have to do the breakfast part or we hire someone.

Other things I consider definite pluses in my man include having a personal relationship with Jesus, being musically inclined, enjoying PDA's, a good sense of humor and non-smoking!!!
