11-22-08...I've lost some weight! I'm 188 now, but the holidays are comming up and Im hungry.
1-24-09...The holidays got me bad, about 10 pounds, but Im back down to 191 now. Trying for 180.
4-18-09... 186 five pounds in 3 months  , better than nothing I suppose.
5-20-09... 183 Weighed in at work today, but holiday is comming up BBQ, etc I won't stay there long. I'll get back there soon though. |
