I am completely unattached and have no commitments. I walked away from a job with a 6-figure salary about two years ago and have done my own things since then. I really liked that job, but I like sleeping in more. Its not that I am lazy. I just live the life that I want to and made the sacrafices early so I have the freedom now. And it works.

I am getting used to just being spontaneous. If I wake up and decide I want to go to Florida and hang out on a beach, or maybe drive to the Rockies and go skiing - thats it, im gone... But doing all that by myself is not as good as it could be. Its time to at least start looking for someone else that wants some adventure too. Commitment and relationship are not even in the same time zone for me yet, but at least I am willing to make sincere friendships and reach out to meet people.

Whatever you do in life, do it well. Dont just try. Dont pretend. Dont give up when it gets hard. Just do it: no complaints, no excuses.

You have probably figured out that I have a type-A personality. This concept of sailing around and letting the wind take me where it wants - no way! I would probably break out a paddle and try to row that goddamm boat where I want it to go. I am intense for sure, but not towards other people. I like people that can just be themselves and not be jumping through hoops trying to impress others. If you happen to be the type that is so relaxed you walk around at a 45-degree angle, thats really cool too, and we will get along just fine.

Dont get the wrong message with my shirtless pic. I am not tryin to be all that, its just that I dont have many pics and they all stink. I happen to like that one and its the most current. I like other guys that are fit because its a lifestyle. Any guy who cant walk past a mirror without admiring his own reflection needs to get over himself. Like who you are, decide who you want to be, and then make it happen, whatever that is. That is the kind of person I can respect and want to be with.

Unfortunately I am not 'ready' to be with anyone at this time. I am not interested in stability or commitment, and still do not even know for sure what I am looking for. I do not want to run anyone around or waste time in something that is going nowhere. And I am going to move very slow on all of this, as long as I am moving in the right direction.

The fact is that I still consider myself a kid, and I am not even close to settling down. I want to be around other people that are in the same stage in life, and I am most compatable with people who are within 5 years of 30. Yeah, thats a lot younger than I am, but its not about age. Its about where my comfort zone is, and with whom I am most likely to share common interests and attitude.

And one last point, if you have made it this far... If the first thing you need to know in a conversation is my****size, the conversation is over. I like sex as much as the next guy, but I have values and self respect. I could find a guy in 10 minutes if all I wanted was a quick roll. I dont.

Hang out at a mall browsing and end up at a restaurant or bar and just talk until late into the night. I do not play games, am not interested in bullshit, and am not just looking for or putting up easy sex. That should be a refreshing change for some people...
