Well...it’s never easy trying to talk about yourself....SOooooo...here are a few thoughts on how I think....and then I'll try writing and give a little insight about myself. To start!....'happiness must start from inside'.

Thoughts:

Why am I hear?.... Im looking to find a partner in crime, that someone special to enjoy lifes activities, the journey. I like a meaningful, passionate, open minded relationship. You must be a team person.

I’m an average build with a couple extra lbs. I enjoy being active and going to the gym - when I can’t get out into the outdoors as often. I live a healthy life style (mind, body and spirit). I love my career, it doesn’t even feel like I have a job. Eating – whole foods, mostly organic and cook from scratch with fresh ingredients. I am a confident type, but no problem laughing at my self - as my friends would say.

I’m not a fan of the wild, crazy, drinking, club seen, once in awhile is ok. I'm more of a fine diner type, I’d rather be sipping a great chardonnay on a sun drenched patio somewhere overlooking the glistening waters. I do like to go out dancing, though I may be a bit shy at first, BUT when I get warmed up...! On a weekend morning (and I’m usually a early morning person) you‘ll tend to find me hitting the gym, than a coffee at the local coffee shop, a quick reading of the paper and discussing with friends about the passing and coming week. I’m a very social person. I enjoy going to the theater and arts …oh AND I’m a romantic at times, so people would say.

You could find me gone exploring on the back roads FSR's(forestry service roads) of our beautiful province including the islands…..searching out the back road rodeos, lakes for boating, little cozy Inn to R&R, a perfect quiet relaxing fishing hole to pitch tent or camper, and anything else this great province has to offer. I love the outdoors....I enjoy camping, including winter camping, mountain biking, jogging, sailing/boating, fishing (a favorite)...ice fishing, fly-fishing, hiking, strolls on the beach, walking the Sea Wall (I work in Coal Harbor), skiing (I probably do more X-country than downhill), snowshoeing (I think a snowshoeing trip w/ a chocolate fondue is called for….), and about this time of year you’ll still find me looking for that perfect club swing at the range, camping or hiking. Almost anything to do with the outdoors (If I have not tried it yet you’ll find I’ll usually give it a try). I grew up around horses most my life, however, not having any now - you can usually find me hitting the local and far Grand Pre and local shows or visiting a favorite getaway ranch (Ecco Valley is one). I enjoy entertaining friends and family with my great cuisine and wine pairing and would enjoy just sipping fine wine w/ that someone special while preparing something yummy. I enjoy cooking and look forward to BIG summer BarBQs, boating up the lake to that hidden beach and a bit of muddy quading. You could say I’m a bit of a wine and food connoisseur. I’ll almost listen to any kind of music (mood pending). However, I do listen to country, rock classics, blues, jazz, R&B and instrumental/classical. Of course just curled up on the couch with a good movie in front of a crackling fire is just as good. Have traveled lots, but traveling is always a pleasure, whether it is planned or spontaneous. Note: I dont really have any pics to show....but I'm a suit during the week.

I would like to meet someone with similar interest (and it is hard to list them all). I'm looking for friendship, meaningful, passionate companionship…. a team person. Someone who is also looking for that one special person. Someone who is career orientated knows who they are, where in life they want to be and what they want out of life. As long as you at least have passion, direction and goals.

Do you like surprises, gifts for no reason, surprise love notes in hidden places, flowers just because, a drawn bath ready for you after a day of work with candles, a fine dinner and a little romance or weekend/islands getaways to a little spa or inn frequently to fill in between those larger planed holidays……?

If I've caught a faint interest please don't hesitate to give a response. Never know ....we may not be destined for intimacy but maybe w/ similar interests could be good friends.

...sun drenched patio on the water w/ a glass of wine, coffee and a walk along the board walk etc....along that line. An afternoon at the beach with the BarBQ (I cook) watching the sun set...hmm.
