Ok, I guess this is not the conventional way you expect to meet someone but why not give it a shot? Anyway, I can assure you I can pass a background check and by many standards just a normal guy.

I'm somewhat new to the Tampa Bay area living in South FL for 3 years, spending my adult years living in Chicago and growing up in Southern CA. Anyway, I like it here enough to have set down my roots and call it home. I love living near the water and can't imagine being anywhere else at this point of my life. Not many places you can wake up on any given Saturday morning to go for a walk and watch dolphins swimming freely in the water. I consider myself to be a very happy person and always positive, my thought is someone always has it worse no matter what I'm going through and I'm very appreciative to be in a good place in my life. My interests include boating although I'm a sort of new to it, working around my house, traveling, going to live concerts plus anything having to do with culture or art. I enjoy hitting antique stores on the weekend or picking a random restaurant during the week to break things up a bit. I work for a global company and have been traveling a lot but it also helps because I build up the miles and hotel points to do my own exploring as I want :). I love to visit new countries and meet new people, funny how no matter where you go most people seem to be about the same when it comes to enjoying life and their values. They just tend to speak a different language. I'm comfortable in about any situation ranging from going to a loud and crazy concert to sitting down for a formal business dinner. Living in a big city has taught me to be open for just about anything that comes my way. I'm very open minded and non judgmental as everyone has a different life situation. I do not consider myself to have a jealous bone in my body and I'm an excellent communicator.

I'm interested in meeting someone who is capable of building a serious relationship. I do not intend on wasting my time going out with 1000 people because I simply do not have the time or desire to deal with that insanity. I have spent my adult life in four long term relationships and never really played the field. I'm more interested in finding a connection with someone and seeing what we can build together to better our life. I'm a good listener and although very capable of making a decision like to work as a team. I would like to meet someone that is comfortable in any type of situation and who is not open for experiencing new situations. You enjoy coming home on Friday and packing up the car to get out for a lost weekend in one of the many places there is to explore here in FL. I would like to meet someone who enjoys the beach, water plus boating. If you know how to tie off a boat you get extra points but not necessary. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I tend to find different things attractive in different people as I get to know them. I guess that is the difficult things with the net, you only get a picture and some basic lines.
