My name is Bill, I have been on this site for about one year, and I have come to call it 'PlentyOfnonsense' I think dating sites are all pretty much the same but at least on this site it's free nonsense! :)

Describe myself? Well, what others who know you would say about you would be more accurate of who you really are. If I was gone tomorrow the Top 5 things you would most likely hear about me are:

5. He was one of the good guys and always there for his friends & family.
4. He was quite the gentleman, charming,kind, and respectful to all
3. He was a patient father that loved raising his kids
2. He was unselfish and lived by the golden rule
....and the #1 thing you would hear is......Bill was one hell of a fun and funny guy! Yeap, I agree I do find humor in many situations and express it tastefully.

But enough of the 'He was' stuff...I am not dead yet! I just think what people would say about you when your gone is a true way to describe who you were. Anyway, I'm full of life! I wake up in a good mood every day, I feel great, I have lots of long time friends. Basically I'm a simple family man that specalizes at putting smiles on faces :) :) :)... try me :)
I have 2 kids which I have raised since they were 9 & 10, now 18 & 19 and both off to college 8-16!! Ask me anything, I have nothing to hide and you will always get a straight answer....btw I do not IM...or go on these forums, or on any other dating sites (how much can one take!)...if there is interest an email or two and then I would prefer to talk on the phone to see how serious we are in communicating further. I enjoy a variety of good rock from any era, alternative, blues, oldies. Some of my favs include, the Beatles,Bob Marley,Santana,Jimmy Buffett, Matchbox 20, Third Eye Blind,Sugar Ray,Chili Peppers,Black Eyed Peas,Jason Mraz. Following Chicago sports, staying in shape, putzing around the house, and being with family are a few things I really enjoy. I am a liberal in my views would be considered open minded.
