I live in a remote community (a 3 mile wide rock to be exact).
I moved up here last January for a job and I like it.
There seems to be more to do here during the summer months however the only problem is doing them alone sounds unappealing so I haven't quite taken advantage of the weather.
I fill my spare time by reading, cooking ( fun hey :P) going for hikes (aka nature walks),snowboarding,whale watching (well out my window),digital photography, I am also a tea connoisseur and enjoy a good dark coffee.
I enjoy going for drives and there are a few quaint little towns around my area which are great for day trips.It would be nice to have someone to explore the "backyard" with
if all else fails I like to go down Island now and then.

My goals may seem simple but I just like to stay realistic
Recently I have taken it upon myself to save for a vacation .
I'm saving for a new vehicle
I would also like to see my student loan disappear (like everyone else)

What makes ME unique ?
I'm often misunderstood because of my strange and un-lady like yet delightful sense of humour.
If I had to use one word to describe myself I would have to use the word "unorthodox"
Now that I have said that you wouldn't notice these traits right off the bat because I have to be comfortable around someone before I let my "true colours" show through..No that doesn't mean I'm fake it means that I'm slow (not THAT kind of slow)

I'm looking for someone who has some ambition.I'm not into the transient traveling type because I would like the "dating" to lead to something more serious and long term.I need someone who is ok with maybe not having kids as I am just not ready yet and don't know if I ever will be.Above all a good heart, hardworking,funny,loves his momma but doesn't need a momma replacement and is kind to animals are some of the traits I seek in a mate.
Great dental hygiene is a real turn on for me as well !

As far as music goes I like rock,alternative,indie,pop and the list goes on for quite a while.

PS I LOVE spicy food

Pretty much anything.
Except hiking...something unnerving about going into the woods with a complete stranger.
