I am a happy and for the most part an easy going person. I am generally loyal, patient and supportive of family and friends. Family is very important to me and will always come first. I grew up in a large family and although I feel been blessed with having my daughter I would seriously consider have more children with the right person. I have a good sense of humor and I try to be considerate of other people’s feelings.

I like most kinds of foods with the exception of hot and spicy and I am also a pretty good cook. I like listening to a wide range of music such as rock, pop, folk and classical. I have played the drums professionally and enjoy playing the piano.

My hobbies include hiking, fishing, astronomy, model collecting, reading, home improvement, landscaping. I don’t do a lot of traveling but have always enjoyed planning trips and going to new places and experiencing new things.

I am an experienced carpenter and enjoy designing and building all kinds of things out of wood. I like most sports and try to go to a few baseball or hockey games every year. I tend to watch TV shows on home improvement, history, astronomy and science, comedies (enjoy watching The Office) and crime dramas. I enjoy raising animals and presently our family includes a dog, cat, several parakeets and a goldfish named Shinny

My favorite season is the fall. I have always loved the country style of living and one day hope to build my own log cabin.

I try and stay informed on important issues such as healthcare, the arts, science discovery and government.
