Random thoughts:

POF was way more fun a few years ago before it got complicated with all these categories and details. Now I have to figure out my income level, how "smart" I am and if I have a car on any given day...what will they think of next???


POF is my entertainment - why watch tv when you can have comedy, drama and 'educational' programming in the forums all day long with no reruns?

I have met some great friends here. And FOUND MY FISHY too. Dont let anybody tell you there's no one here but players. HOWEVER, if you are looking for an intimate encounter or have a username that implies as much, please dont waste your time or mine even saying hello. I kinda liked it better when I couldnt see you viewed me LOL Sorry, just not my thing...

Internet dating- hmmm. I'm not sure about this, but hey, who knows? Hoping the guy for me knows how to work a computer!

I have been described as "the nicest person I ever met", ok so that's more than once now... lol. OK, so I am nice...that's NICE.(it's also sort of sickening isnt it?? LOL) I am also fun loving with a quirky sense of humour (dont let it scare you).I dont give up easily but I do know when to "call it". We hurt, we grow and life keeps us moving along. I would never change a minute of where I've been because it makes me who I am now! What a rollercoaster this last year has been! Woohoo, I've loved the ride!!! Cant wait to see what's next!!

I am happy with who I am (MOST of the time anyway). I am not stuck in a spot that binds me. I am growing, open to always learning (love that!), and can be philosophical AND goofy at the same time!! Most people seem to find this tough to understand. Apparently "genuine" does not register as a reality concept to many people. "Jaded" is something I moved past LONG ago!! Why hang onto old garbage??

I wouldn't mind meeting/ chatting with someone who appreciates a kind-hearted girl with a good education instead of being intimidated by it. Is it so much to ask for an interesting conversation every now and then? My life is down to earth and I like it that way.

I want to find more friends that like to have fun but can get back to reality on a Monday morning. I like to take my time getting to know someone, but I am true to my friends and there is always room for one more in my circle.

First date is long done and over LOL but a great coffee date CAN turn into dinner and all night conversation if you are with someone genuine! If you have the luck to find that, enjoy it!!!
