I'm very much into metal music and have played guitar in a few local bands. I work in the fitness industry and enjoy and believe in what I do. I exercise daily; I train jiu Jitsu several times weekly and do cardio and weight training as a complement. I take pleasure in reading and discussing many aspects of the Humanities. I studied psychology and have done a fair amount of catching up on the history I didn't learn in school. I'm certainly not seeking a professional intellectual but merely someone who's intelligent and pensive.
I grew up in San Francisco where I attended public schools and experienced many of the things that made this city unique.

For a first date I prefer a mid-day/afternoon activity. Being a verbal person I'd enjoy a setting where we can sit, talk and get to know each other. The Zeitgeist on a weekend afternoon or another low-key, outdoor cafe, restaurant or bar.
