Most days I'm still trying to be an Eagle Scout, but since I could not make a living climbing trees (which now remains a sometime hobby) I had to elect a career and chose to be a care taker. Now retired and with the time to make up for the things I didn't enjoy as I climbed the career ladder and raised the kids, I am doing more travel (& cruises), more fun (e.g., rollercoasters), challenging myself (e.g., cave diving, scuba), hiking, kayaking, gardening, tennis, & biking. I explore back roads(and bump into small museums (e.g., Vizcaya,Morikami), take dance lessons, pleasure reading,enjoying the beach,etc. My active lifestyle maintains my fitness. My ecletic bent took me to hike Okeechobee's dyke when it was drying out in the drought and saw more alligators than Gator World !
I don’t always know and think of what I really want in a relationship, but I know how I feel as I am treated. I always treat others the best I know how to. I can tell you this: when I’m with the right woman (like you?), and you really start to see, to open up the unlimited possibilities of having all that…well ...What a thrill in the way you think, and it excites and feeds on me …and that’s when you can open completely to discovering just who I really am. I relish the fun we are going to have together, and you know too. I wonder how wonderful it will be to share closeness and fantasy with someone when you know it’s with the right person. I’M VERY SPECIFIC IN THE KIND OF PERSON I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO: high esteem, good mind and imagination, creative and live life as today was your last.

Depends on my mood. Some of my first dates have been: rollercoastering, canoeing, walking the beach, leaf peeping, having breakfast in a deli, went to the Seminole Hard Rock casino, have a boat ride (Sun Princess Casino's Sunday buffet, eco-tour, Lauderdale waterfont home tour), River walk, walk Los Olas, went to a museum, tour the Morikami, walk the Everglades dike, took an air boat ride, went to the Oceanographic center, tour the turtles laying eggs. Trust me, you'll have a fun time. Sometimes, an intuitive sense that we would like to share as we learn about each other.
The acid test: we both want to try a second helping.
