First thing: The pics that are up here that say 2004 were taken the second week in August 2009...I dropped my camera and can't change the date to make it right. I moved up here eighteen months ago after living my entire life in South Florida. Go ahead and be like every single person I have met up here and ask me, "Why did you move up here?" I'll answer you but I think the question is REALLY funny since everyone asks me. I am a divorced mother of two that live with me (teenagers are great, aren't they, lol, at least they can fend for themselves, lol). I do not work anymore (will tell later), but have my own car and house and pay my own bills, lol.

I am looking for someone who is really kind hearted, fun, and really likes to joke around and have fun, and not just nice to get something. I want to have fun and laugh a lot and make other people laugh too, it's pretty much my mission at this point in my life,lol. Since I moved here (had never seen fall changes or snow), I love to find and explore new places. Love the mountains, sunsets, pretty much any scenery. Of course being from Fla., I love the beach, but have only been to the lakes and creeks up here so far (not the same but it will do for now).

I also love to cook, spoil people, hang out, play pool (or try anyway), bowl, and generally will try anything once, more if I like it, lol. I just want an easy, simple life, lots of laughter, with no stresses (I've had enough of that to last a lifetime). I only want a REAL, non-player guy (and you know who you are, don't think you can fake me out, lol).

I would like someone who could see the real me inside. Everyone our age is so cynical at this point in our lives, they think they have to settle or think everyone is lying, but there are a few of us with honest hearts that really want nothing from you but kindness and honesty (thankfully I was never hardened by all the nasty people down in Florida and I am truly a nice person with honest feelings.) Maybe some of you should just let your feelings out and go for it, you never know what could happen. I know there is no one perfect person out there (although wouldn't it be nice if there was?) so I think it's best to look for a good, trustworthy friend first and see what happens from there.......

I am a very content and happy person that wants to live a lot more of life and share it with someone special. I have to tell you that I am not into any games and do not want to be third or fourth in importance on someone's list of things to do (just from experience, it will never work, makes me a little crazy I will admit), I would never put anyone that far down in importance, so I am just asking for the same treatment, lol. If you are not scared away yet, maybe we should talk.

What I would do for a first date....I don't think it really matters much, does it, see if we have the basis for a friendship first, lol. Then if we have some kind of spark, the stars could pretty much be the limit, lol.

Like I said, I haven't been here long enough to find many places, but have found some places that are pretty amazing to me, maybe you've been there, maybe not, but I know I'd go over and over and never tire of them. Or maybe you can suggest some cool place, let's just agree to agree, okay?
