I'm looking for a confident man. You have dreams and emotions and aren't afraid to share them. Your interests are varied and include some art form or creative endeavor. You're more interested in your overall health - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual than in your collection of material goodies (but it's perfectly okay to enjoy "stuff" - I like my stuff, too). Me? I'm a former middle school teacher pursuing my dream of being my own boss ... not that anyone else has ever been the boss of me. I've taken the leap and started my own specialty gardening business. Sometimes I'm traditional, maybe even a little old-fashioned, but I'm also open-minded and liberal. Most times I'm casual, relaxed and a bit eccentric - in a good, sane, way. I play a wicked game of street badminton. I enjoy conversation and the quiet moments that occur with "good" conversation. I'm playful, adventurous and resilient. Just call me "St. Martha Stewart" for my creative endeavors in the kitchen and garden. I laugh way more often than I whine or complain.. well, I like to think that anyway. I'd rather tackle a home improvement project than watch TV. My musical tastes vary from Robert Earl Keen to Todd Rundgren; Los Lonely Boys to Norah Jones; Jimmy Buffett to Jason U2; Dixie Chicks to Bob Marley. I'm dependable and loyal ... if you're one of my friends and you need help, I'm there for you first and ask the questions later.

I want to be able to focus on getting to know you. Casual lunch or dinner is fine; but so is having a cup of coffee or an iced tea.
