Just a normal guy looking for a normal girl to chat with. Just got back from Iraq after a year. Would like to to meet new friends or hopfully that one special person.

About me I'm divorced with no kids. I love to be outdoors, working in the yard, going to the lake what ever keeps me outside. I have a deep belief in God, but don't expect me to go to church every Sunday. I am also in the National Guard, 24 years, 2 tours to Iraq, 14 more years, and maybe another tour. This will not change, its part of who I am. To me nothing is more beautiful than the sight of the American flag. Overall I'm really happy person(don't let my pictures fool you).

I love to travel. I have been to about 30 countries/Islands, and 38 states. Love to find someone that would like to see the rest of the world with me. Weekends trips are a must also.

What am I looking for in a mate? Someone that can stand on her own two feet, but enjoys knowing that I will always be there to support her mentally and physically. She must desire for me to be near, but give some space that we both deserve. Someone that even though they have been wronged in the past will never make me pay the price for the mistakes of others. Trust, friendship, and respect always. Other than that what am I attracted to..I love eyes that you could stare at all day, a great sense of humor, and she must be passionate.

Now children...thats a hard one. I have always wanted children, but after 42 years I'm not sure if thats what I really wanted anymore. But if I find that right person she might be able to change my mind.
