Description...hmmmm....well, to all the good folks out there...hmmm...:) This is always the odd part, so here goes: My name is Kim. I recently moved (back) to Delaware after a 15 year hiatus and when that did not pan out, back to West Virginia, and now, FINALLY BACK to Delaware. This is my home state. It is great to be here! Friends and family abound! I'm an intelligent woman with a myriad of interests, too many to list.
My taste is music is open, but I really enjoy the "new alternative" type rock. (Hey, a product of the 80's has to grow up!) If the lead singer is only "screaming", it might not be for me, because i want to hear bass and some vocals that are understandable. Some bands i have become more than fond of: Godsmack (#1, sorry if their name offends), Tantric, NIN, Red Jump Suit Apparatus, The Pierces, Michael Franti and Spearhead, Buckcherry, Egypt Central, Tunesmith, Puddle of Mud, Papa Roach, Korn, Paramour, Muse, and the old fav's that never stop. My basic is classical, fifteen years of piano lessons earned me an ear. Tschaikowsky, Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, Clementi, as well as ragtime: Scott Joplin is my number one choice. And, hey there...i can actually play that stuff!
Is it worth mentioning that even though it i can swear with the best of us when i stub my little toe, that i have seen The Mona Lisa, The Arch-de-Triumph, The Big Ben, Neuschwanstein, the tulips in Holland, the beaches of Normandy (the skulls! the skeletons! the beauty of the graves and white crosses), almost every castle along the Rheine, the White Cliffs of Dover....hey, i was a daughter of a famous pilot and we were able experience parts of the world that take your breath away.
In the United States it has been my privilege to visit NY, NY more than 10 times (the holes left by the twin towers make you lose your speech), Philadelphia PA, Chicago Il, St. Petersburg/Clearwater FL, Raleigh NC, Charleston SC, Savannah GA, Natural Bridge VA, Roanoak VA, almost all over WV, Long Island NY, okay sorry, ramblin' on. Most of these trips were weekend trips that I took my favorite person with me to: my son. He's 11. I am a firm believer in keeping your horizons open. Do the unexepected, find your dreams.
Regardless: I'm a quintessential Gemini...but have managed to tone down some of my "not so desirable" qualities, haha. It would be fantastic to meet a guy who would walk on water for me, but i understand completely if he can only jump puddles! Email me if you aren't scared to get your feet wet! :

What would i like to do on a first date? That question seems to be a bit tricky. We would have to discuss it. I am usually open to anything...as long as it is fun.
