This is a fairly new experience for me. My wife went home to the Lord in early 2007, after a six year battle with breast cancer. So, I'm new at this and kinda taking first steps again. Not in any hurry. I am a Christian, first and foremost. I don't smoke, I drink socially. I enjoy most all types of music except rap, and heavy metal. I enjoy a variety of activities; going for drives, long walks, just sitting and talking, exploring new places,swimming, bowling, hiking, watching movies (at home and at the theater),sometimes attending live plays, target shooting, reading. I like to dance, especially slow dances. I enjoy photography, both, digital and film format. I enjoy sports and sporting events. My youngest son and I have season tickets to the Memphis Grizzles.
I have lived and travelled all over this great nation. I've lived in; upstate New York, New Mexico, Oregon, California, and now Tennessee. With my career, I've had temporary assignments in many other states. I'm pretty much settled now.

I enjoy meeting people. I'm a good listener, and pretty easy going, not too many things upset me anymore. I don't believe in judging a person. I don't tolerate drug abuse, spousal-elder or child abuse. Ethics and morals are high on my list. I'm told I give a good back, shoulder, and foot massage.
At least for now, that's me in a nutshell. Probably should think about this and redo this properly.

Most any place where you feel comfortable and safe. Most likely dinner and maybe dancing, if the weather is warm, an evening river boat cruise, an activity event such as bowling, roller skating, or maybe just sitting and having coffee or drinks and just having a good time getting to know one another, without any pressure.
