I've been single long enough to be totally comfortable with it. Meeting someone would be very nice but I don't view it as a necessity to make me feel 'complete'. I don't mind a quiet evening at home but I'd much rather be out doing something with friends, family or even by myself. I enjoy the Arts, live music in a symphony setting or a street corner. I love percussion! (I'm a big fan of the Kodo Drums!) I like to explore museums as much as quiet nature trails. Summer is a great time for community events and outdoor activities and I rarely pass up the opportunity to attend them. I'm an animal lover. Not fanatical about it but I certainly have a soft spot for anything furry with four feet. I am passionate about travel. I think it comes from being raised an AF Brat. So...that's a little bit about me. What about you??

If you consider meeting in person for the first time a 'First Date' then it should be all about getting to know each other and the setting should be conducive to that. Meeting for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine is ideal.
