hi! this is an edit from the original profile. although, true, i am a real deal kinda gal. not into games or play acting. i am a slow mover and take my time getting to know someone. my wants and needs are simple at best. i love a leisurely walk through the woods over and above a candle lit dinner... yet the dinner has it's good points too. i find myself comfortable in most social settings but do prefer an out door atmosphere to most others. a bbq with many friends is a big favorite. love to cook but only when someone is eating. i hear i'm good at it and have had some dishes requested at catered events. to look for anyone with "specific" attributes is a little more defined than i would agree with. i believe all relationships are a compromise and you will accept things you might not think you would, if you find them worthwhile in the effort. having spent most of my life in situations of having to deal with people, i have found myself wanting to keep it simple and honest. i love music, almost all genres'. love outdoor festivals, flea markets, and new places to walk through. small towns are always interesting. the only thing i really shy away from is huge crowds. i like new adventures, new faces, and new memories. i'm easy to talk to so come chat with me. i answer all emails.

First dates I think, should be simple and easy. A drink somewhere public yet quiet. Maybe a walk around town or sit in the park. An atmosphere where two people can talk and listen and learn about each other without too much distraction. Movies and concerts can come later when there is a greater comfort level.
