I'm a sensitive, compassionate, good listening, humorous, emotion expressing (with a large nudge, but I’ll do it), hard working, dependable, witty, leave them laughing, old fashioned (yes... I open doors), do it right or don't do it at all, down to earth kind of guy.

I lead with my sense of humour, but I am known to be quite serious at times. I enjoy listening to most kinds of music. I read whenever I can. I still play the drums occasionally and I'm learning the guitar extremely slowly. On occasion I swim, play golf and pool, I also draw cartoons for fun and have started my own cartoon blog. I love my job as a 3D graphic artist / animator; it’s very challenging and presents a new and interesting problem every day, there’s rarely a dull moment!

At 26 I developed a physical disability (CMT) that has affected the nerves in my lower legs and feet, it also involves my hands slightly. I use both a cane and a wheelchair to help me get around easier, but I am not confined to either. I am always looking for ways to make myself healthier mentally and physically, and judging from the number of colds my co-workers get, I seem to be doing well! This has slowed my life down a lot, but I am still able to do most things when my energy level is good, just not as often or for as long. I'm not one to give up too easily. (Stubborn)! This experience has made me a much stronger person and has allowed me the opportunity to discover both who I am, and what I want and need in my life. I’m a far cry from perfect, but I’m giving it my best shot every day. I just need a little understanding. I'm looking for a funny, witty, independent and honest woman who is not afraid to love a man for who he is, not what he can or can't do. It's what you do together that counts. She must know who she is and where she is going in her life and be able to express to me her feelings whatever they might be, good or bad.
