I am a very bright, funny and attractive woman, younger than my years in appearance and outlook. Moved from New York to Las Vegas two years ago in search of a dry climate and life on a more human scale. I'm rather casual and informal and small stuff pleases me--views of mountains and sea in the distance, getting my cat to pose for photos, good conversation over a meal, wrapping myself in my comforter when it's cold, walking in lovely natural settings, etc. I'm told that I wash up well on more formal occasions.

Most of my travel over the years has been in Southern Europe--Greece Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Malta. The people are welcoming, the food great and there is clear white light and dramatic color everywhere. I've begun to explore this part of the country, and fell in love with Sedona, Valley of Fire, Red Rocks and the scenic highway between Cedar City and various national parks. The landscape is so huge and gorgeous that it's impossible to take it all in and drive sanely at the same time.

I've been a therapist, trainer, supervisor/admin in mental health clinics for many years. I'm currently developing new outpatient services for the seriously mentally ill. I'm friendly with my co-workers and see people occasionally after hours, but I haven't made many friends outside the job yet--can't count the cashiers at Walmart and Trader Joe's, my hairdresser or all too many cartoony slot machines.

I am interested in meeting a grown-up, socially comfortable man,who genuinely likes women, values kindness and has a great sense of humor. He need not be movie star handsome, but self aware and puts his best foot forward. He is an independent, self-directed, sexual being and has achieved a working balace among family, business and leisure, such that he has 'room' for romance.
