Normally i'm on the go doing something, either down the gym or out on the bike. I've started doing a few charity bike rides which is actually good fun!
I play football a couple of times a week so i could always do with a good old post match rub down if there's any volunteers!!!


Oh, and by the way, i'm not as grumpy as I look on the pics! I'm a nice happy person really!!
