Having just turned the ripe young age of 64 I have realized that life is passing by far too quickly!! Where has it all gone?? My "To Do" list still has so many items on it left to be "ticked"!! I am still a work in progress and hopefully that will continue for the rest of my life!

I have also learned that the world is made up of many different types of people..some are a pleasure to know and others have lessons to teach. My time on here has been a big lesson and I thank everyone on here for that. I have met some good friends and that is always a plus. Anything more..is icing on the cake.


I love life..want to embrace all of it that I can. A day without laughing..usually at myself seems uneventful. I love exploring and communicating; emphasis on the latter. I am NOT athletic nor will I ever be, so please no jocks need apply. This does NOT mean that I sit on the couch all day..LOL love walking and doing things outdoors.

Love animals, the woods, the ocean - they feed my soul. Also love the city with its museums and theatres. I am pretty adaptable from jeans to dress up. Marshmellows on the open fire or a 5 star gourmet meal. I have come to realize happiness is a state of mind...thank God I still have part of my mind left!! LOL

First date...hmmm well we have obviously spoken a little to get to the point of meeting so lets not make it soo heavy sounding. First meeting - a cup of coffee to go and a walk in the park or beach; preferable where we can see and hear each other. Think it will be a mutual decision.
