Hello, I'm looking for someone to go out and have fun with. I have a job that I enjoy most of the time, and my small group of friends that I hang out with. I'm pretty independent and I am happy with my life, but sometimes it's fun to do things with a charming, intelligent guy with a sense of humor.
I stay away from drama and clingy people, and look for those who can introduce me to something fun, interesting and great-I'm always up for an adventure.

Some other likes of mine: trying out a restaurant or dive bar in a new neighborhood, reading a book so good that it's hard to put down, watching movies that entertain me (I can be picky), throwing some ingredients together and having it actually come out tasty, boarding down a run that leaves me exhilarated and not injured, watching my dog dream, going to car shows (new and classics) and making a wish list, warm sand under my toes, taking my dog for rides in the convertible, making someone laugh and smile,diving into water, taking my passport with me on a random night out (just in case), listening to a song that brings back memories (usually from the 80's), seeing a painting in person that I've only seen in books, a light touch on the arm or hand to let me know he's actually listening.

There would be so many great first dates, it's hard to say. I guess anything from getting coffee and perusing books at a book store or throwing a frisbee or football in a park and picnicing afterwards, to going skydiving or kayaking or snowboarding, and having a cold beer, or a shaken manhattan or some hot cocoa afterwards (or before!). As long as there's great conversation and fun involved, I'm open.
