I am a law student at Santa Clara University who is currently interning at a law firm in Los Altos. I moved to this area from Baltimore where I was working on my M.S.E. in Computer Science. However, law school prevented me from being able to get out much (first year is the toughest), so I thought I would try to use this site to find other people with similar interests.

I tend to fall a bit more on the nerd side of things (computer science major, go figure), however I try to keep it in check. Although I will admit, I do need to get out more!

Some things in specific that I enjoy are

- bowling (high game 299...damn you 10 pin!!),

- movies (especially really terrible horror movies),

- reading (my favorite book is A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin)

- listening to music ( I am a fan of the progressive school of music http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progressive_rock, currently my favorite band is Skyclad, I tend to be a sucker for the violin/fiddle)

- watching TV (favorite shows futurama, scrubs, simpsons, almost anything on the history/discovery channel, some anime)

- video games (mostly RPGs and FPS)

- reading web comics and various news sites (XKCD / www.fark.com rocks!)
