I've decided to update this profile as I am tired of going to the movies by myself and when I want to talk, the cat just looks at me funny. My hobbies include dancing, attending the theatre, hiking, day trips, reading, watching movies (all kinds!), concerts, and anything else that comes to mind. I don't mind getting a little dirty and will bait a fish hook. I also enjoy going to see the Huntsville Havoc hockey team play. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE road trips to Birmingham or Nashville and am saving like crazy for my next trip far away.
I am willing to try almost anything new and I am very easy to please. I want someone who enjoys the same things I do of course, but I also want someone who can teach me new things. I am looking for a man with a good job, financially secure, and somewhat settled down. Independent in other words (but not too independent). He will need to enjoy the nightlife (I do like to support the local band scene) but also want to stay home and veg on the couch. Trust and honesty should be his biggest assets.

A first date should be simple. Coffee or drinks after work during happy hour. If things seem to be going well then maybe a walk around the park or something a little more fun like going to play in the toy section at Walmart. Or for a little excitement, maybe the shooting range!
