I've been working with teen-agers for over 25 years and running a 38 unit apartment building for 15 of those 25 years, which is, pretty much the same job, although, truth be told, the kids have more "game". I'm on-call somewhere every day, but I have a lot of pretty good stories to show for it! I don't really have any "type" of lady that I'm attracted to and have been driven crazy by women of every race- but I ain't mad at ya ladies! I'm kind of hyper, so I am often attracted to someone that is on the other end of the spectrum.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, I can find fun in almost anything, so it doesn't take much for me to enjoy myself. I have a variety of interests and am open to trying new things, so I can see myself almost anywhere on a first date. And if the date turns out good, I would probably take credit for picking the spot!
