I'm active,intelligient,educated,curious,creative, spontaneous, enthusiastic, energetic,confident and unattached. During my working life as both a soldier and civilian I was a professional fully committed to accepting and finding practical solutions to complex challenges.
I've been on my own for six years. During this time of reflection I've realized some bitter truths; I'm the constant in past relationships which ended in failure. I've made peace with God my former spouse and myself. There is no time for resentment; I bear no grudges. It hasn't killed me and has served to make me wiser and stronger; reacting positively to those bitter truths will make me free.
I'm 5"9" with blue eyes and silver hair. I'm quiet,living an uncomplicated lifestyle; I will soon warm up to the right person. I'm considerate, kind,friendly,cooperative and understanding. My hope is to find a good friend and move slowly from that point. A good friend may turn into a great friend which could lead to a lasting relationship. I'm very proud to state that I was born and raised in beautiful Eastern Passage, (location of world famous Fisherman's Cove) in the picturesque province of Nova Scotia; where dreamer's fantasies quite often become reality. Although I haven't lived there in many years I still have salt air in my blood; I am very proud of my heritage and estatic that I was born a "Canadian".
I have a passion for music including country, light rock, easy listening and yes some classical but please; no rap or heavy metal. The friend I seek should not only enjoy but feel the music. Do you feel the music?
