I live in the moment ....all the time...because..at least that way...I'm open to be what ever I desire....never confined,... never constricted,.. just me.
The mentality I have now, or my outlook on life if you will; is to live everyday to it's fullest. Life is wayyyyyyy too short to dwell on so many tedious things that we as a society place importance on, why not just enjoy ourselves now? We'll deal with the rest when the time comes.
I'M REALLY GOOD AT
Anything involving my hands, I'm a very hands on kind of guy. Also thanks to my seemingly limitless abundance of energy, I do well with exercising and fitness and have been known to (with the right people) carry on a conversation on just about anything well into the early morning....many times I've left my friends' house at like 6 in the morning, haha.....helluva nice drive at that time...feels great outside.

my friends and family, sometimes they drive me up the walls, but they're important to me and without them I wouldn't be who I am today. (thanks to my folks, else I wouldn't exist,haha :) )
my hunger for any and most physical activities involving my body,limbs,hands such as playing my guitar, running, jumping, practicing martial arts, working on my car,...etc.
finally, my inquisitive nature and individuality, without these, I'm basically no different from a vegetable; these two facilitate a drive for always learning new things and developing more as a human being everyday
MY FAVORITE BOOKS, MOVIES, MUSIC, AND FOOD
I don't read too much really nowadays, if I do it's mostly instructional or from my philosophy textbooks.
Movies:I'm a big fan anything that can either stimulate me psychologically or visually. Just to name a few, the entire Hannibal Lector series, Donnie Darko, Jacob's Ladder, foreign (Japanese/Korean/Russian mostly) films before they're ruined by their American counterparts,Star Wars,Lord of the Rings,war movies and stuff from Jet Li,Donnie Yen, or Bruce Lee, Mulberry Street, Shaun of the Dead, stuff from George Romero & Quentin Tarantino.....etc, I've seen many.
I also like comedy too, though, it's actually hard to find good stuff now, so I mostly watch stand-up. On tv though, you could never go wrong with South Park, Family Guy,LOST,Criminal Minds,The Mentalist,Stargate Atlantis, America's Funniest Videos (how can you watch that and NOT have a great time?) that 70's show, and Reno911!...stuff like that.
Music:I love most of it out there, well, it depends on the mood, and where I'm at mentally. (for the most part, they all have guitar playing in them) My taste in music spans a broad spectrum of sound, trust me, it does. Just for kicks, I'll list some bands/people I'm listening to now on my iPod: (oh by the way,my fave bands I've seen live countless times when they stopped in Vegas...if you've never experienced a live concert...add it as another "wonder of the world" for you to check out)..Bullet for my Valentine, Funeral for a Friend,Lost Prophets, Bullets and Octane, Dope, Editors, Finch, Garbage, Yoko Kanno's Ghost in the Shell stuff, HIM, Evanescence, Within Temptation, High & Mighty Color, Hyde (of L'Arc En Ciel), In Flames, In this Moment, NANA starring Mika Nakashima, Killswtich Engage, L'Arc En Ciel, Luna Sea, Bush, Yellowcard, Rolling Stones, Local H, Jimmy Eat World, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Vinnie Moore, Celtic music, Origa, some Initial D tekno, Juno Reactor, Qbo, Rage against the machine!, Deftones, Fuel, Earshot, Trust Co., Underoath, MetallicA!, Taking back sunday, Avenged Sevenfold, Slayer, Silent Hill's Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, Smashing Pumpkins, The Sleeping, Dragonforce, UVERworld, Powerglove,Rise Against!!! and THRICE !!!...and that's just what I have on the ol' iPod.
Food: Really, in one word, chicken-- I love boneless chicken but like turkey too :)
I can always get into some Italian, Chinese and Mexican food :p
VIDEO GAMES: Yea, no surprise, I'm a red blooded male, and I have male friends...this is what we do, we love video games,haha, consoles mostly, cuz they bring friends together for hardcore gaming sessions over whatever the hell we feel like playing; and a flock of friends that plays games together, stays together. My fave's are either games my friends and I can all play together, or single player games with an exceptional story and plot line and are just damn fun like Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Onimusha, Devil May Cry, Metal Gear Solid,Guitar Hero, Tekken,Guncon games,Hitman,Deus Ex..I'm big into rare games too....etc..etc...
