Life has been an interesting ride so far. Most of the time it has been great, other times less so. I am successful, generally happy, yet looking for a friend to share it with.

New to this area, I have lived in Bristol Bay Alaska in a tent, miles from the nearest town; in the South Side of Chicago (near Barak’s house); two blocks from the bay in the Virgin Islands; in the mountains in Maine; and on an island in Lake Huron. My favorite period was a 12-year stint tending bar in nightclubs in New Orleans, getting paid to listen to the best music in the world. I LOVE costuming and Mardi Gras, and have been to 16 so far, and have just booked my flight and hotel for then next one in February.

I rode a bicycle 500 miles in 7 days across Iowa last summer along with 10,000 other riders. Amazing trip, Iowa is beautiful at 13 miles-per-hour!

As a high-tech professional, I am mostly settled these days. But I still have to howl at the moon from time to time, honky-tonk until the sun comes up.

Too old to play games, I am looking for someone that has their life more or less together, enjoys being herself, has good friends, enjoys music, and likes to have fun. Must be active, relatively fit, intelligent, secure, and open to a serious relationship.

I am not looking for a 25-year old trophy babe, rather a woman more or less my age that can enjoy where she is in her life and wants to spend time with a like-minded soul. No spackle or paint please. At our age, I understand who we are, you don’t have to plaster your face. I enjoy a woman’s natural beauty.
