I like to think of myself as a down-to-earth, good guy. I come across as shy at first, but will usually loosen up around someone pretty quickly. I work at a newspaper, which I enjoy, but means I work a lot of late nights and weekends. The first thing that usually comes across when I meet people is my sense of humor; I'm very sarcastic. Humor is maybe the biggest key in any relationship for me -- I love to laugh with people, and there's nothing I like more than making someone laugh.

I have pretty basic, but diverse, interests. I'm originally from Seattle, so love all Seattle sports teams, and still love the music scene there. Otherwise, I'm just as comfortable staying home and watching a movie as I am going to a bar, or a concert, or a comedy club, or a ballgame.

The most important things in my life are my family and friends. The people I'm close to, I'd do anything in the world for.
